how to book

​Step 1: Get in Touch

Step 2: Share Your Idea

Let me know if you're looking for window art, murals, chalkboards, or custom illustrations.

​

Not sure where to start? Here are some examples of what you can send:

  • A rough sketch or doodle

  • Pinterest inspo pics or board

  • A few words describing your vision

 

You can also check out my previous work for inspiration!

 

If you’re booking a window design or mural, please include:

  • Whether you’d like full colour, partial colour, or just outlines

  • A photo of the space

  • Rough measurements

 

Once I have this information, I’ll provide a rough quote.

 

Step 3: Secure Your Spot

A £50 deposit (which goes towards your final cost) secures your booking.

 

Let me know what kind of date you’re aiming for. Please note that until July, I’ll only be able to do windows and walls at the weekend due to my job in the TV industry. 

 

Step 4: See Your Design Beforehand

I’ll create a mockup and overlay it onto a photo of your actual window, wall or chalkboard, so you can see exactly how it will look. Just send me a clear, front-facing photo of the space.

 

For custom illustrations, I’ll send over rough sketches and updates throughout the design process.

 

Step 5: Final Approval & Pricing

Once you’re happy with the design and any tweaks are made, I’ll confirm the final price before proceeding.

GENERAL TERMS

Securing Your Booking with a Deposit
  • A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • The deposit is deducted from the final total upon completion of the work.

 

Clear Access to Window/Wall/Chalkboard
  • You must ensure clear access to the space where the design will be applied.

  • If access is obstructed upon arrival, this may delay or prevent completion and additional fees may apply.

Condensation & Privacy Screens
  • If your windows frequently have condensation or moisture build-up, please let me know in advance as this can affect the design’s durability. I can still create designs on the outside if needed.

  • If you have privacy screens or treated glass, please inform me beforehand as this may impact the design’s visibility and application process.

 

Damage, Maintenance & Touch-Ups
  • Once completed, I am not responsible for any damage or wear to the artwork due to weather, cleaning or other external factors.

  • I do not offer ongoing maintenance or touch-ups unless booked as a separate service.

 

Final Sign-Off & Further Changes
  • Once the design is completed, you will be required to sign off on the final artwork.

  • Any changes requested after sign-off will require a rebooking and additional fee

 

Removal of Window Art
  • I do not offer a removal service but can advise you on the best methods for safely removing designs.

  • If I arrive and you have not removed previous window art, a cleaning fee will be added to your invoice as I only allocate time for the new design.

 

Weather Conditions & Rescheduling
  • If extreme weather (heavy rain, storms, snow etc.) prevents me from completing the work, we will need to reschedule.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice where possible.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the booking, the deposit will not be transferable to a new date.

  • If I arrive and am unable to complete the work due to access issues, previous artwork not being removed, or other unforeseen circumstances on your end, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

 

Ladder & Equipment Responsibility
  • If your window, wall, or chalkboard is high up, you must provide a stable and safe ladder.

  • I do not bring my own ladder as I often travel via public transport.

  • If no ladder is available upon arrival and I cannot complete the work, the deposit will be forfeited, and a rebooking may be required.

Invoices & Late Fees
  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cash on the day.

  • Late payments will incur a fee, calculated as a percentage of the outstanding amount.

  • If non-payment continues, legal action may be pursued, with legal costs passed to the client.

Design Ownership
  • The design remains my property, and I retain the rights to it.

  • However, I will not replicate your design on any other window.

 

Accreditation
  • I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio.

 

Confidentiality
  • Any sensitive information shared during the project will be kept confidential.

 

Early Termination
  • If you wish to cancel the project early, written notice is required, and you will be liable for work completed up to that point.

  • If I need to terminate the project, I will notify you and refund any payment that exceeds the work completed.​​
